Individual Therapy - Is a form of therapy where the patient is treated on a one-on-one basis with the therapist. The most popular forms of therapy include psychoanalysis and cognitive behavioral therapy, but may include many other styles of treatment. Individual therapy allows the therapist and the patient to focus on each other, build a rapport, and work together to solve the patient’s issues.
Family Therapy - Is a form of psychotherapy that seeks to reduce distress and conflict by improving the systems of interactions between family members. It is an ideal counseling method for helping family members adjust to an immediate family member struggling with an addiction, medical issue or mental health diagnosis. It is also recommended for improving communication and reducing conflict.
Anger Management - is a goal-oriented therapeutic strategy that targets the emotional response to external factors that cause anger. The goal of anger management therapy is to help individuals express their feelings and needs in an assertive and appropriate way, identify solutions that are likely to upset them, so they can be emotionally prepared and recognize when they aren’t thinking logically.
Marriage/Couples Therapy Counseling - Involves both members of a couple meeting with a psychotherapist to help develop insight and resolve problems in relating to each other, thereby strengthening their relationship or if in the best interest, helping them seperate in a collaborative and healthy way.
Crisis Intervention - Is an immediate and short-term psychological care aimed at assisting individuals in a crisis situation in order to restore equilibrium to their bio-psycho-social functioning and to minimize the potential of long-term psychological trauma. Crisis situations can arise due to a number of reasons and can lead to situations where the individual can become a harm to themselves or others.
Parenting Support - Is a type of service that aims to provide the necessary knowledge, tools, guidance, and most especially support to parents without bias or judgment so that they can be fully equipped to care for their children. Parenting therapy offers modalities that help parents gain a better understanding of their parenting style, face and eventually conquer personal issues, and restore the family, bringing back harmony and peace in the household.

Social and Emotional Support Therapy - Serves as a first line of defense in identifying and addressing students’ social and emotional needs within the school setting. Therapists help students with social and emotional issues that may become barriers to academic success or a well balanced home life.
Individual Counseling - Is a type of therapy done with individual students in the school setting. It seeks to reduce stress and conflict between the student, their peers, teachers, parents and other family members. Leading to improved communication, academic improvement, better attendance, and a more positive outlook.
Group Therapy - Allows individuals to develop communication skills and socialization skills, and allows them to learn how to express their issues and accept criticism from others. Group therapy allows individuals to develop self-awareness by listening to others with similar issues, creating a more harmonious interaction within the entire school setting.

Social and Emotional Support Sessions - This type of therapy helps with aging issues and provides support for senior citizens living in assisted living facilities. This therapy helps with issues dealing with new interdependence, boredom, and vulnerability that could come with transitioning to an assisted living facility.
These services are provided in home and in assisted living facilities
Individual and Group Therapy - Both therapies offer support for transition to an assisted living home and support for individual’s issues that need to be addressed for a cohesive environment. Individual and group therapy is offered to those with pre-existing mental health issues and those with newly developed issues as well.
